Rates are for double occupancy and include all meals, use of horses and bicycles, pool and hot tub, full-circuit exercise facilities and parking. Check-in is after 3:00PM and and check-out is by11:00AM. Special arrangements may be accommodated with prior notice. Both options are subject to availability. Bilingual guest service personnel are onsite at least 12 hours per day, and available at any hour. Services include, but are not limited to, welcome margarita and fresh guacamole and totopos, a thorough historical/informative tour of the hacienda, assistance with arranging airport and local transportation and spa services, horse tours, recreational planning (golf and tennis reservations, etc.), dietary necessities, and help with any special arrangements during your stay.
Your room is guaranteed with a deposit for one night's accommodation or, for longer stays, one half the total reservation. We accept Visa and MasterCard. No reservation is guaranteed without this deposit. You may reserve your stay by email, phone, or by filling out and submitting the reservation form.
We welcome children. You are responsible for your and their safety and supervision of all children and/or minors in your custody. Please inquire about pets. The interior of the suites is a smoke-free environment. For single suite reservations, if notification of a cancellation is received at least 31 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is refundable. If notification of a cancellation is received within 31 days prior to the arrival date, the advance deposit is forfeited and is non-refundable. If notification of a cancellation is received within 14 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged automatically to the credit card on file and is non-refundable.
Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire
For group reservations and special rates, deposits are non-refundable and full payment is due 60 days before arrival and will be paid or automatically charged to the credit card on file, unless we are able to re-book the entire hacienda with another group.
We don't need to know your exact number of guests at the time of booking. All cancellations must be made by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org and will be confirmed by return email the same day. Cancellations are not honored until you have received a reply from us. Deposits will be refunded in the manner in which they were charged.
Note: In the case of cancellations every effort will be made to re-book the room(s). When a secondary payment has been procured for that specific room(s,) prior payments will be refunded proportionately (minus cancellation fees). If for any reason we are not able to honor your reservation, we will personally reserve another location with your approval or refund full payment. For any events or celebrations which include extra guests not staying at the hacienda, other charges and requirements may apply.
